Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files supplied immediately after purchase, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases or where you no longer need the product.

If a file is faulty, inaccessible, corrupted or significantly different from its description, please contact info@getvenueready.com.au with your order number and details of the problem. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement files, technical assistance or a refund where required.

Please check that you have suitable software for opening the formats listed on the product page, including Microsoft Word (.docx), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and PDF files, and extracting ZIP archives before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
