Use it in your venue
Save a dated working copy, replace the hypothetical examples with checked venue information and record an owner and review date. Resolve input checks before relying on results. Formula cells are inspectable and protected without a password; pale-orange cells are inputs.
Formats and compatibility
Two XLSX files, three DOCX files and three PDFs in one ZIP. Version 1.0. Use desktop Excel for the full workbook and Word for editable documents. No macros or external connections. A4 print areas are supplied at 100%; wide sheets continue across pages. Check print preview and select relevant columns for short printouts.
Scope and limits
Internal quote planning only. No booking contract, deposit or cancellation terms, automatic tax calculation, award interpretation or off-site catering logistics. Contribution is before excluded overheads and tax. Capacity, labour and accounting assumptions require venue verification.
